To date, the store has generated 108 sales. Google Ads campaigns have performed well and consistently drive high-intent traffic. Currently, the main bottleneck is with Shopify Payments. Customer payments are frequently declined, even when customers try multiple payment methods. This results in a significant number of abandoned checkouts and lost revenue on a daily basis. The exact cause is unclear (possibly related to company registration, account status, or Shopify itself). I have tested changing the payment descriptor name multiple times within Shopify Payments. After making these changes, payments started going through again and sales resumed normally (this is verifiable). However, this effect only lasted for about a week each time before the issue returned and payments were declined again. A potential solution could be switching to an external payment provider, but I have not explored this further myself. Customer support has been consistently maintained and handled professionally. Additionally, a Klaviyo account is set up with 2 active flows. Reason for selling: I do not have the expertise to resolve the payment issue structurally, so I have decided to sell the store to someone who can unlock its full potential.
